Where Do You Get Your Products From?

Branch Point Inc. is a Canadian business, based in Thunder Bay, ON and has been in
business for over 22 years. A distributor and marketplace seller, Branch Point
purchases products from around the globe for distribution and resale in North
America. The products sold on warehouse.branchpoint.com are generally from 2
pools: products returned by customers for one reason or another, not suitable
for resale as brand new items (eg. Damaged packaging, dents and dings, etc.) or
brand new products that are being liquidated (eg. Last years model, style or
colour).

How Are Your Discounts and Pricing Determined?

We post the last know Manufactures Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) data when available as well as our current, discounted price. Discounted prices range from 40-80% off MSRP depending on the items condition. Pricing is subject to change based on supply, demand, seasonality and sales velocity.

How Can You Offer Such Incredible Discounts?

Because most of our products can no longer be sold as new because of damaged packaging, small dents or dings, or are outdated colours and styles and because we have limited warehouse space, we use aggressive pricing to clear them out.

What Happens If an Item Sells Out?

If an item sells out, it may or not come back into stock at a later date. We receive inventory back from customers on a regular basis and generally batch it up before loading it into here. It also takes time to inspect and grade it. Some weeks we might load 10-12 items, some weeks 1-2 and some weeks none. If an item is being discontinued and liquidated, one the remaining stock sells out, that’s it.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We try to be as fair as possible with our return policy. If you feel an item was misrepresented we’re here to make things right. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Why Aren't There Any Photos of the Products?

We’re working towards adding product photos but currently have too many products and not enough time in the day. We do provide the products UPC, manufacturers product ID or SKU and name so that you can easily research additional information, reviews and cross reference. Please reach out to us at any time if you have additional questions about an item.

How Do I Know What Condition The Products Are In?

Please review our product guide for more information on how we classify and describe products. This is really important to us and we take great care in accurately describing an categorizing and items description, including personal notes from the team member who inspected the item.

What About Warranties?

Please refer to each brand or manufacturer’s website for warranty information. Some may only apply to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Some may have lifetime warranties. For items marked Class A1, the sale would be considered no different than a purchase from any major retail store.

What Kinds of Products Do You Carry?

We carry a wide range of sporting goods, home and kitchen items, warehouse supplies, etc.

What If I Don't See The Product I'm Looking For?

Check back often! Our stock changes weekly as we receive new products back from customers, products arrive damaged, etc.

How Much Is Shipping?

Most orders ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel but we're happy to send by Purolator or UPS Ground upon request. Need faster service? Give us a call, we'd be happy to arrange. Yes, we ship from Canada!

Flat Rate Shipping Rates

Orders between $0.00 - $25.00, $15 flat rate
Orders between $25.01 - $99.99, $20 flat rate
Orders over $100 - $10 flat rate

We ship from Thunder Bay, Ontario, smack dab in the middle of Canada.

Most orders process and ship within 1 business day by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders received by 12 noon EST often ship same day!

The transit time for most orders is 2-5 business days. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Need it faster? Give us a call at 1-888-998-0030 and we'll happily quote and arrange overnight, expedited shipping using Purolator or UPS.

Please make sure to include your full shipping address AND phone number using a standard format. Missing phone numbers, incorrect or partial addresses can result in long delays, lost shipments and returned orders.

Orders are insured in case of damage or loss.

Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship within Canada only. I’m sorry, we do not ship to the USA or Internationally.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept a wide variety of credit cards and our website and checkout is powered by Shopify with the option to also use PayPal.

Do You Have a Retail Outlet Where I Can Shop?

We are not open for walk in retail traffic.

If I Live Near Your Facilities In Thunder Bay, ON, Can I Pick Up My Order To Save Shipping Costs?

Yes, you are more than welcome to have your order held for pick up. Use the discount code: FREESHIPTB and under comments when checking out, tell us that you are picking up your order. Our hours of operations are Monday-Friday 8-4pm but we do recommend that you call ahead to make sure your order is ready and we are not closed for holidays, etc.
