Product Condition Guide

Most of the products we sell on this site are in excellent to new condition but have damaged packaging, been opened by customers and then returned to us, have minor to medium use, damage or missing parts. Some items are brand new but are being liquidated because they are last years model or an older colour/style. You never know what you might find. Here are some examples:

  • BRAND NEW AIR MATTRESS – damage from small cut when customer opened their shipment with a knife. Easy to repair with a patch kit. Save 50% off retail.
  • BRAND NEW WATER FILTER – missing water filter cartridge. Buy a new one and save over 60% on the filter itself.
  • BRAND NEW COFFEE GRINDER – customer return, retail packaging includes minor damage but enough that it cannot be sold as new. Enjoy 50% off retail.
  • BRAND NEW BARISSTA CLOTHS – exterior packaging damaged during shipping, cloth set undamaged. Save 50%.
  • BARBECUE HARDWOOD PELLETS – Open bag, 90% remaining. Save over 60%.

Each item has been reviewed by a real human being and classified using the categories below. Additional notes are added by our team to add even more information when appropriate.

A1   

Brand New: Unopened or opened with broken seal but visual inspection has confirmed all contents and packaging are in brand new condition (liquidation items, unopened customer returns)           

A2  

Brand New, Damaged Packaging: The product was confirmed to be in brand new condition but exterior packaging is damaged (crush damage, scuffs, broken clamshell, etc.)            

MP

Missing Parts: New or nearly new condition but missing parts (water filter with missing cartridge, flashlight with missing battery or cable). Read inspector's note for more details.

DE

Demo: Product is in excellent condition but showing some signs of use (footwear worn briefly outside then returned, tent set up outside then returned, packaging may show some damage or stress parts         

WD

Wear/Damage/Missing Parts: Product showing obvious signs of use or wear, is missing parts, has damage from customer use or shipping (dents, dings, scratches). Items with this condition are aggressively priced but can still offer some excellent value. Use as spare parts, repair or rebuild or make up a great story to tell your friends about the dent or ding.
